What we collect
When you join the early access list we store your email address, the language of the page you used, and the date and time. Nothing else is stored with it.
What we do not collect
This site has no analytics, no advertising and no cookies, and it loads no third-party scripts, fonts or images.
Your IP address is used only to limit repeated submissions: it is turned into a one-way hash combined with the date, kept for at most two days, and never stored next to your email.
Why we collect it
To email you about early access and the launch of IT Support Kit. We do not sell or share your email.
Who processes it
The site and the list run on Cloudflare (hosting, network and storage).
The built-in AI of the IT Support Kit app is a separate service and is not part of this website. It uses Groq, a third-party AI service, and the app tells you what it sends before you use it.
How long we keep it
Until the launch communications end, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights and how to delete your data
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Write to privacy@itsupportkit.com from the address you signed up with and we will delete it.
